Projects marked Inactive or Archived stop the project meter entirely — their files are kept in cold storage for $0.15/GB per month on paid plans until reactivated or deleted (free accounts include a 10 GB archive pool at no charge). A typical archived project costs well under a dollar a month to keep forever.
Owner Closeout Access: keep Warranty items and O&M manuals live for the Owner after a project archives — $69/year per project. Many firms re-bill this to the Owner as a facility-records service.
The meter never runs on dead work: after 60 days without activity we prompt you to archive a dormant project, and after 120 days it archives automatically (with notice) — so you’re never billed the active rate for a project nobody has touched.
