Service Description
ARK Projex is a software platform for architect-centric project administration, including document registers, release sets, drawing intelligence, submittal review, bidding workflows, scheduling, and funnel management.
Accounts and Access
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity under their account. Access may be limited by firm, project, role, or invitation.
Acceptable Use
Users may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system operations, upload unlawful or malicious content, or use ARK Projex to send deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized communications.
Tenant Data Ownership
The subscribing firm or tenant owns its project data, documents, contacts, communications, and records. ARK Projex processes tenant data to provide the service, support users, maintain security, and comply with applicable obligations.
Bidding and Project Information
Bid portal access and project documents are provided by the architect or project administrator. Contractors and planholders are responsible for reviewing current bid documents, addenda, instructions, and deadlines.

ARK Projex is provided as a project administration tool and does not replace professional judgment, legal advice, contractual obligations, or code compliance review. The service is provided without warranties except as expressly stated in a written agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ARK Projex is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
