ARK Projex is used by architects to distribute bid documents, addenda, questions, substitutions, and bid submission instructions through private project links.
How access works

The architect sends a private access link for a specific bid package.

Planholders open the link in a browser; no ARK Projex account is required.

Bidders review available drawings, specifications, addenda, and instructions.

If enabled for the package, bidders submit questions, substitutions, or bids through the portal.
What bidders can do
View bid documents and project manual files.
Download addenda and current bid information.
Submit bidder questions when the architect enables Q&A.
Submit bid forms or related responses according to the project instructions.
